Always been really happy with Ace Hardware. They don't have everything, but what they do have is quality stuff and the employees are very helpful!

Went in to buy screws at 3pm on Friday May 1st, lady at cash register was beyond rude, we didn’t remember the price for the screw and she told us to go check which is fine, however she then made a comment under her breath along the lines of “price and quantity it’s not that hard people”. I have worked in customer service for years and never would I say that in front of a customer. Overall she was incredibly rude and I would like the management to know one of their employees is harming their customer experience and being rude to people for no reason at all. Furthermore we asked for our receipt and she still crumped it up. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I'm a fan of Ace! We accidentally double-ordered a snowblower, and Ace rectified the problem immediately. Then, the item was delivered a day ahead of time, right at the start of a snowstorm. Thank you, Ames Ace!

I love Ace hardware. However I got overcharged on the two items I purchased which amounted to a $33 refund,I got back on the card because I noticed before leaving the parking lot. Wow I'm glad I got my money back on the hydrant. She didn't even seem to notice us as customers paying $95 in the store she works for, she charged me $95 for something that cost me $55-$60 With tax and all. Unfriendly I guess. The gentleman who had been speaking to his coworkers and I approached was very friendly and helpful got down and told me the difference between the two same brand hydrants he was kind and stepped forward to assist me. Maybe I'm being petty maybe I'm seeing my customer view. But I wanted to share the review I got charged $33 for something extra cuz it got scanned twice and someone didn't notice I find that strange.
